Ar-Rahman [The Beneficient,The mercy giving ]
| | | Alrrahmanu
| | (Allah) Most Gracious!
|
| | | AAallama alqur-ana
| | It is He Who has taught the Qur'an.
|
| | | Khalaqa al-insana
| | He has created man:
|
| | | AAallamahu albayana
| | He has taught him speech (and intelligence).
|
| | | Alshshamsu waalqamaru bihusbanin
| | The sun and the moon follow courses (exactly) computed;
|
| | | Waalnnajmu waalshshajaru yasjudani
| | And the herbs and the trees - both (alike) prostrate in adoration.
|
| | | Waalssamaa rafaAAaha wawadaAAa almeezana
| | And the Firmament has He raised high, and He has set up the Balance (of Justice),
|
| | | Alla tatghaw fee almeezani
| | In order that ye may not transgress (due) balance.
|
| | | Waaqeemoo alwazna bialqisti wala tukhsiroo almeezana
| | So establish weight with justice and fall not short in the balance.
|
| | | Waal-arda wadaAAaha lil-anami
| | It is He Who has spread out the earth for (His) creatures:
|
| | | Feeha fakihatun waalnnakhlu thatu al-akmami
| | Therein is fruit and date-palms, producing spathes (enclosing dates);
|
| | | Waalhabbu thoo alAAasfi waalrrayhani
| | Also corn, with (its) leaves and stalk for fodder, and sweet-smelling plants.
|
| | | Fabi-ayyi ala-i rabbikuma tukaththibani
| | Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny?
|
| | | Khalaqa al-insana min salsalin kaalfakhkhari
| | He created man from sounding clay like unto pottery,
|
| | | Wakhalaqa aljanna min marijin min narin
| | And He created Jinns from fire free of smoke:
|
| | | Fabi-ayyi ala-i rabbikuma tukaththibani
| | Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny?
|
| | | Rabbu almashriqayni warabbu almaghribayni
| | (He is) Lord of the two Easts and Lord of the two Wests:
|
| | | Fabi-ayyi ala-i rabbikuma tukaththibani
| | Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny?
|
| | | Maraja albahrayni yaltaqiyani
| | He has let free the two bodies of flowing water, meeting together:
|
| | | Baynahuma barzakhun la yabghiyani
| | Between them is a Barrier which they do not transgress:
|
| | | Fabi-ayyi ala-i rabbikuma tukaththibani
| | Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny?
|
| | | Yakhruju minhuma allu/luo waalmarjanu
| | Out of them come Pearls and Coral:
|
| | | Fabi-ayyi ala-i rabbikuma tukaththibani
| | Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny?
|
| | | Walahu aljawari almunshaatu fee albahri kaal-aAAlami
| | And His are the Ships sailing smoothly through the seas, lofty as mountains:
|
| | | Fabi-ayyi ala-i rabbikuma tukaththibani
| | Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny?
|
| | | Kullu man AAalayha fanin
| | All that is on earth will perish:
|
| | | Wayabqa wajhu rabbika thoo aljalali waal-ikrami
| | But will abide (for ever) the Face of thy Lord,- full of Majesty, Bounty and Honour.
|
| | | Fabi-ayyi ala-i rabbikuma tukaththibani
| | Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny?
|
| | | Yas-aluhu man fee alssamawati waal-ardi kulla yawmin huwa fee sha/nin
| | Of Him seeks (its need) every creature in the heavens and on earth: every day in (new) Splendour doth He (shine)!
|
| | | Fabi-ayyi ala-i rabbikuma tukaththibani

|
| | | Sanafrughu lakum ayyuha alththaqalani
| | Soon shall We settle your affairs, O both ye worlds!
|
| | | Fabi-ayyi ala-i rabbikuma tukaththibani
| | Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny?
|
| | | Ya maAAshara aljinni waal-insi ini istataAAtum an tanfuthoo min aqtari alssamawati waal-ardi faonfuthoo la tanfuthoona illa bisultanin
| | O ye assembly of Jinns and men! If it be ye can pass beyond the zones of the heavens and the earth, pass ye! not without authority shall ye be able to pass!
|
| | | Fabi-ayyi ala-i rabbikuma tukaththibani
| | Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny?
|
| | | Yursalu AAalaykuma shuwathun min narin wanuhasun fala tantasirani
| | On you will be sent (O ye evil ones twain!) a flame of fire (to burn) and a smoke (to choke): no defence will ye have:
|
| | | Fabi-ayyi ala-i rabbikuma tukaththibani
